- Delivery notification After the payment is verified. A “Confirmation of delivery” e-mail will normally be received 2-4 working days after placing an order. The e-mail contains the details of shipment as well as a tracking number a link. You can click on the link to track the order
- Undelivered arrangement If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, a notification e-mail will be send out. Self-collection should be arranged upon production of a print-out of the notification e-mail at MY Space. - Returns and Refunds MY Space does not accept returns and refunds (expect for defective merchandise).
- Return and Refunds of defective merchandise
Merchandise may be returned and refunds provide that:
- Any merchandise that is returned within 7 days after receipt (based on the sign delivery record);
- Any merchandise that has not been opened or used (e.g. plastic wrap removed);
- MY Space Online Shopping determines that the merchandise is defective; and
- Replacement of merchandise will be arranged upon the availability of the same model of merchandise

- E-mail to email@example.com with a clear indication of order numbers, item codes, quantity and the reason for return etc
- Return the merchandises along with our acknowledgement email 7 working days from receiving the e-mail to MY Space (Address: Unit 1203, 12/F, United Success Commercial Center, 508 Jaffe Road, Hong Kong Tel: 54099477) for replacement by same model of merchandise. In case merchandise of same model is not available, refund will be arranged.
- Refund and timeline Please note that before providing a refund for any returned merchandise we will first verify its condition. All non defective merchandise will neither receive refund nor return.Upon confirming that the returned merchandise is defective, an refund notification e-mail will be sent out. The original purchase amount (except the shipping fee if any) will be credited back to the paypal account used by customer to purchase the defective merchandise
